It’s finally out! Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation has finally unveiled to the public their newest project; the Westwoods Village.
Pueblo de Oro conducted a Product Knowledge Seminar last October 5, 2012 solely for the Westwoods Village uncovering. It was held at Hillsborough Pointe’s clubhouse and we at RPM Realty were privileged to be included in the first batch of participants. In the said seminar, they have disclosed to us details regarding their new project.
“Where home and nature converge”; the slogan itself conveys that Westwoods Village is an eco-friendly subdivision. It’s another master planned subdivision that will surely catch the attention of prospect buyers. This subdivision is located at Brgy. Canitoan and can be seen just right after the San Agustin Valley Homes. They offer lots only and house and lot units in the said subdivision; wherein their lot sizes ranges from 120 square meters to 300 square meters. For their lot package, they offer 120-160 lot cut sizes. As for their house and lot package, they have three model houses with different lot sizes.
Westwoods Village offers modern-designed houses. They have three model houses, and they are as follows:
- Belle (bungalow type) which its name is from the Hindu word meaning sacred wood. Its floor area is around 40 square meters and lot area of 120 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet and bath.
- Casey (typical two-storey type), it’s a biblical name that means honorable. This house has a floor area of 77 square meters and its lot area is at 120 square meters. Its 3 bedrooms can all be found in the second floor and it has 3 toilet and baths as well.
- Kimberly (extended two-storey type) means from the wood of the royal forest, has a floor area of 100 square meters and lot area of 240 square meters. This house has 4 bedrooms and 4 toilet and baths.
The subdivision doesn’t only offer quality type of houses but they also have amenities that are really awesome. They have uniquely designed clubhouse; indoor amenities such as multi-purpose hall, admin office, storage, retail, male and female toilet. For their outdoor amenities, they have swimming pools, basketball court and county play park. Their project concept is to be an eco-friendly subdivision; and in line with this, the site development plan features ‘Harmony with Nature’, where as they have the following: grand green entrance gates, view corridors, street parks, forest parks, land arts, sensory gardens, interesting street elements, garden walls and carefree-green community. Aren’t these amazing?
With the awesome features and amenities that Westwoods Village is offering, it will surely be a catch to future buyers. Currently, PODC is working on its land development already.
